Description:

This Victorian Era assembled wheelock pistol has no visible maker's or proofmarks on the plain barrel or lock and no sights. It is fitted on a full length walnut stock that is heavily inlaid with a variety of carved birds, blooms, vines, and geometric patterns. The butt has a large round pommel with an inset disk carved with a profile of a soldier's face. It includes a wooden ramrod with bone tip.

Rating Definition:

Very good. The metal surfaces have light spotting and faint pitting. The repaired stock is very good with some handling and storage marks and creamy inlays. Appears mechanically fine.
