This revolver has no visible maker's marks but is clearly built based on Lefauchaux's folding trigger revolver. "1495" is marked on the right side of the revolver. The cylinder has Liege proofs, and it has light scroll engraving patterns. It has a cone bead front and hammer notch rear sights and is fitted with a pair of smooth ebony grips. It comes with a leather purse holster.

Very fine. 90% plus of the original finish remains with oxidation on the front of the cylinder and the other spots where the plating has flaked. The grips are very good with only minor handling/storage marks. The engraving patterns and markings are mostly crisp. Mechanically needs some work; the action does not rotate the cylinder, and the loading gate does not latch closed. The purse is fine.
