This model replaced the Model 1903 in 1933 and is considered by many to be the best semi-automatic rimfire rifle ever produced. Manufactured in 1956, this example has a dovetail front and elevation adjustable sporting rear sights and is mounted on a smooth forearm and pistol grip stock with tubular magazine and checkered buttplate. The left side of the barrel has the Winchester trade mark information and "-MODEL 63 .22 LONG RIFLE/SUPER SPEED AND SUPER X".

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% of the blue finish with some slight wear on the edges and light handling/storage type marks. The wood is very fine with glossy surfaces interrupted by only a few minor scrapes and small dings. Mechanically excellent with clear markings.
