Manufactured in 1948. Ramp front sight (provisions for hood) and empty rear dovetail sight slot with the left side of the barrel having the Winchester legend. Winchester factory style oval proof on the barrel and receiver. Fitted with a Western Field 4-12x40 variable zoom scope, on weaver scope rings mounted to rail blocks on the receiver. Mounted on a single piece checkered walnut pistol grip stock and checkered forearm, with a vented Red Head brand recoil pad. Includes a brown leather sling with brass hardware.
