Production started in 1990. Breech loading lever action with no sights, muzzle vented and no markings aside from "7mm Dakota" on the left side barrel. Beautiful casehardened receiver, action lever and trigger guard. The rifle is fitted with a Swarovski 3-10x42 scope mounted with Talley casehardened rings and scope bases to match the receiver. The Dakota Arms address ahead of the action lever and the serial number is under the action lever. Checkered extra fancy grade English walnut pistol grip stock, fitted with a casehardened steel grip cap with a checkered insert, gold initial oval with engraving and the initials "DJW", sling studs and a solid factory rubber recoil pad.

Excellent. The barrel retains 99% plus of the original blue finish with only the slightest of handling/storage marks. The receiver, action lever, and trigger guard retains 99% plus of the original case colors with only the slightest of handling/storage marks. The wood is excellent with only a few minor scratches and pressure dents. The scope has clear optics.
