A later production closed bolt version of the Thompson. Blade front and folding ladder rear sights, with a Cutts-style compensator on the finned barrel, standard receiver markings, finger grooved pistol grips and usually a fixed buttstock. Included with the carbine are five Seymore Products brand stick magazines and two Auto-Ordnance "Type L" 50-round drum magazines with shipping boxes and instruction sheets.

Excellent, with 98% of the original blue finish, showing some light scratching on the rear corners of the receiver and mild handling marks overall. The wood is fair, with the front grip showing some filler, cracks and re-staining. Buttstock not included. Four of the stick magazines do not fit the carbine; the fifth stick and the drums check out OK. Mechanically very good.
