A later production closed bolt version of the Thompson. Blade front and folding ladder rear sights, with a Cutts-style compensator on the finned barrel, standard receiver markings, finger grooved pistol grips and usually a fixed buttstock. Included with the carbine are five Seymore Products brand stick magazines and two Auto-Ordnance "Type L" 50-round drum magazines with shipping boxes and instruction sheets.
