Manufactured in 1931. Blade front and notch rear sights, with the two-line Hartford address and patent dates on top of the barrel, "NEW SERVICE 45 COLT" on the left side of the barrel, "VP" and "3" on the left side of the trigger guard and the Rampant Colt on the side plate. The knurled hammer, cylinder catch and trigger are finished in blue with polished sides on the hammer. Fitted with a lanyard swivel and a pair of checkered Colt grips with silver medallions.

Excellent. The revolver retains 98% plus of the original blue finish with only the slightest of handling/storage marks and a faint cylinder drag line. The markings are crisp and clear. The grips are also excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
