The Eickhorn "double squirrel" logo is present on the left ricasso with a 4 3/8 inch gold washed panel at the base of the blade with etched vinework on the spine, an Imperial eagle on the right, and "EISENHAUER" (Iron Hewer) on the left. Nickel finished steel hilt with a stirrup guard, wire wrapped black celluloid grip and a dove's head pommel. With a black enamel finished scabbard.
