Manufactured from 1868 to 1873. The revolver has a ribbed octagon barrel, seven-shot cylinder, spur trigger and two-piece pearl grips. The sides of the frame are factory engraved with scrollwork on a punch dot background. The cylinder, which is numbered to the gun, is roll stamped with a robber scene. The top of the barrel rib is marked "AMERICAN STANDARD TOOL Co. NEWARK N.J." The serial number is marked on the frame under the left grip panel.

Excellent. The revolver retains 97% original bright nickel finish showing some mild flaking. The hammer and trigger retain traces of vivid original case colors. The grips are excellent with a very attractive color. Mechanically excellent. An excellent example of a factory engraved American Standard Tool Co. .22 caliber pocket revolver with pearl grips!
