Remington Type III Over/Under Derringer with Pearl Grips

The third type Derringers were manufactured from 1912 to 1935. The top of the barrel rib is marked "REMINGTON ARMS - U.M.C. CO. ILION, N.Y." The barrels and left side of the grip frame have the matching serial number. It is fitted with smooth mother of pearl grips.

Rating definitionVery good as replated during period. The pistol retains 60% of the nickel plating which has a muted/matte appearance and a brown patina on the balance. The grips are very good with only slight handling wear. The markings are crisp, and the action is excellent.
