This is an exceptional example of a WWII Mauser Banner Police Luger pistol rig with desirable "Eagle/L" Police proof. The top of the chamber area is stamped "1941" for the year of manufacture with the large Mauser Banner logo on the front toggle. The standard "Eagle/L" Police proof is stamped on the right side of the receiver, with the Nazi "Eagle/N" commercial proofmark stamped on the left side of the receiver and the breechblock. The full serial number "9330x" is stamped on the front of the frame and left side of the barrel extension with an unnumbered barrel. The various small parts are all stamped with the correct last two digits (30) of the serial number with all matching numbers. The pistol has a salt blue finish and fitted with checkered walnut grips. Complete with two original all blue matching police magazines. The magazines bodies are marked: Haenel Schmeisser Patent and the pinned aluminum bases are marked "1/9330" and "1/9330". This excellent pistol is complete with an original police marked takedown tool and a brown leather, Army holster that is marked on the back: "dta 41/Eagle/WaA195 and P.08.

Excellent with 99% of the original blue finish overall with just a hint of wear on the front edges of the frame rails and the side plate hump. The holster is also in excellent condition with a nice even brown color overall, with tight stitching, showing some minor age cracking of the leather on the face of the holster. A very attractive all original Mauser Police Luger rig.
