Description:

Commonly categorized as a "RUBY" type pistol coming from the early 20th century cottage gunsmith industry in the Eibar region of Spain with fixed sights, blue trigger and safety latch, push button magazine release, grip safety and checkered hard rubber grips. The left side of the slide is marked "AUTOMATIC PISTOL BOLTUN PATENT" over the trademark and caliber designation.

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall with 95% original rust blue finish displaying areas of scattered spotting and minor pitting, some edge wear, and minor scattered dings throughout. Grips are also excellent with clear lettering and some small handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

Description:

Manufactured in Spain as part of the early 20th century cottage industry. Very similar to the "Ruby" type pistols of the Eibar region. Standard Spanish proof marks. With fixed sights, standard lumpy type safety switch above the trigger, checkered molded grips and a lanyard ring at the heel.

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall with 95% original rust blue finish displaying some small handling marks, areas of light edge wear, mild spotting and a small dent in the left side cocking serrations. Grips are very fine with some wear to the center design but otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
