This revolver has light floral engraving on the bright metal components and a plain blued barrel. "449" is stamped on the left side of the frame and several other numeric markings are found on other components. It has bead and notch sights, a folding trigger, lanyard loop, and ebonized grips. There are no visible marker's marks. The recoil shield has holes for each chamber and revolves. There is a loading gate on the recoil shield that when open allows the cylinder to rotate and individual cartridges to be loaded.
