Description:

Measures 9 inches in length with a brown lacquer finish. Plunger top, double sides relief "Trophy of Arms" decorated with "COLTS PATENT" banner at the bottom and triangular hanging rings on each side near the bottom. The lid to the ball compartment is marked "COLTS/PATENT", and the top is marked "WAT". The top is secured to the body with three steel screws.

Rating Definition:

Fair. The flask has a pleasant aged patina and shows a few very minor dings. The "Trophy of Arms" is sharp, and the Colts Patent banner is legible. The marking on the modern replacement compartment lid and inspection mark are crisp and clear. The plunger functions well.
