Manufactured for the American Historical Foundation. This Thompson semi-automatic rifle commemorates the 50th anniversary of the victory of WWII. The rifle itself is an duplicate of the original M1927 submachine gun, except it fires semi-automatically from a closed bolt. The walnut stock, pistol grip, and hand guard are highly polished and varnished. Fitted with a tan leather military style sling. In a glass top, hardwood display case with wine colored felt interior. Includes one 30 round stick magazine, keys and papers.

Excellent with 98% original blue and gold finishes overall with some minor handling marks. Stock is good with a high gloss finish, attractive grain and a 4 inch age crack on the right rear side. The rear pistol grip shows minor handling marks. Case is excellent. Mechanically excellent.
