Features a heavy flat sided barrel with a vented sight rib, and drilled and tapped on the underside for the addition of weights. With serrated front and rear grip straps, and checkered right hand thumb rest grips. Left face of barrel is marked "THE VICTOR" over ".22 LONG RIFLE". The right side of the barrel is marked with the Hamden address, with the serial number on the frame. Adjustable trigger and safety lever are finished in an attractive gold wash. High Standard marked magazine, with a heel catch.

Excellent overall, with 98% original blue finish. Displaying some scattered light handling marks throughout, as well as scattered light surface scratches. The grips are excellent, with sharp checkering, and only minimal light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
