REMINGTON & SONS, ILION, N.Y./ELLIOT'S PATENTS MAY 29, 1860-OCT. 1,1861". The barrel group and frame are numbered "3265". It has a brass post front sight and a pair of rosewood grips. The butt has an added inventory number.
