Manufactured after 1941. With a fixed dovetailed blade and bead front and elevation adjustable rear sporting sight. Features a full blue finish on the receiver and barrel. Standard Winchester markings on the barrel and receiver. Fitted with a 12 groove walnut forearm and smooth straight grip stock, with crescent steel buttplate.

Very good, with traces of the original blue finish. The receiver has aged to a muted plum patina, with small traces of blued over light pitting. Barrel has aged to a primarily uniform dark brown patina, with some light to moderate handling marks and light spotting. The wood is good, with assorted abrasions, moderate scratches and shallow pressure indentations. Mechanically excellent.
