Very Fine Smith & Wesson 2nd Model .44 Hand Ejector Double Action Target Revolver

This revolver was manufactured around 1922 and has Patridge front and adjustable target rear sights. The checkered walnut grips have silver S&W monogram medallions. The butt is fitted with a lanyard loop. It has the standard S&W markings including matching serial and assembly numbers.

ConditionVery fine. 97% of the original blue finish and case colors remain with some minor wear on the muzzle, some scratches on the barrel, loss on the ejector rod, and a light drag line. The grips are also very fine with crisp checkering and only minor marks. There are some overall light handling and storage marks. The action is excellent, and the markings are distinct throughout.
