Description:

1) U.S. Springfield Model 1905 Bayonet, dated "1921" and numbered "1180845", with a 20 1/2 inch overall length, 15 7/8 inch blade, smooth wood grips, and a brown leather scabbard with steel throat and 100 degree swiveling belt hanger. 2) 1941 Johnson Rifle Bayonet, 12 inches overall with an 8 inch triangular spike blade, "1354" marked muzzle ring, and a brown leather scabbard.

Rating Definition:

1) Fine, with strong dark blue finish on the metal, a few dings on the wood, and mild scuffing and cracking on the leather. A small notch has been cut in the spine, 10 inches up from the guard. 2) Very good, with some minor verdigris and handling marks overall.
