Manufactured in 1918 and later overhauled at the Augusta Arsenal. Fixed sights, with the two-line, two-block Colt patents and address on the left side of the slide, the Rampant Colt behind the serrations, "D64" on the right side and "H" above the slide stop. The left side of the frame is marked "UNITED STATES PROPERTY," "AA" (Augusta Arsenal) and "eagle head/S11." Fitted with a long smooth trigger, checkered wide hammer, flat top rear sight, short grip safety, checkered slide catch and thumb safety, smooth flat mainspring housing, checkered reinforced Keyes Fiber grips, commercial Colt full blue magazine, and a "COLT 45 AUTO/P" marked barrel.
