The letter notes "Consecutive serial numbers" in the "Special Features" section. The data in The Post-War Colt Single-Action Army Revolver, 1955-1975 lists 235 consecutive sets as having shipped in this configuration out of an estimated 1129 total consecutive sets produced and a total of 10,030 Second Generation Colt Single Action Army revolvers were produced in this configuration. The revolvers have the standard early Second Generation features and markings. The assembly numbers are also consecutive. They come with original factory black boxes numbered to the guns and factory papers including manuals.
