Manufactured in 1958. This wonderful example of classic Browning craftsmanship features a single bead sight on the matte vent rib with 3 inch chambers and modified/skeet chokes. The frame is beautifully engraved with game bird scenes on the left, right and bottom faces with tight, detailed floral scroll bordering. Both the left and right sides are signed by Master Engraver Charles Servais (see inset photos). Mounted on a highly figured multi-point checkered walnut forearm and round knob pistol grip stock with engraved hardware and a plastic Browning buttplate. The .410 bore barrel set has a single bead sight, 3 inch chambers, modified/skeet chokes, it's own matching forearm and is numbered to the gun with the suffix "2" after the serial number.
