Rating Definition:

Very good plus. The rifle retains 25% of the original blue finish and 20% of the original case colors, which are contained to the protected areas under the lever. The balance has primarily a brown patina. There is some light oxidation. The magazine tube cap is absent and a wooden rod has been put in its place. The wood is fine. There are a few cracks including one on the left side of the wrist, light scratches, and some bruising. The action is excellent, and the markings are clear. This looks like it just came out of an attic!
