"Eagle/135" proofs are present and the left side of the slide has the "byf/43" marking. The visible "a" block serial numbers match. The "P.38" marked magazine has an "Eagle/135" proof on the spine. It is fitted with a set of standard ribbed grips.

Fine as partially refinished (cold blue on slide). The balance of the pistol retains 60% thinning original blue finish with a smooth gray patina on the front grip strap. There is overall light pitting on the slide. The grips are excellent with a few mild handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
