With a Remington 700 action that has been lightened and skeletonized, fitted with a Jewell adjustable trigger, fluted bolt with skeletonized handle, drilled and tapped for scope blocks and mounted with a Leupold Vari-X III 4.5x14 scope on Ironsighter rings. The receiver rail has been marked with the name "MARK HAMEL" no information is available on the name. The stock is a textured epoxy with a charcoal gray and black camo finish with sling swivels, raised cheekpiece and a solid Old English recoil pad.
