Manufactured in 1943. Fixed sights, with the two-line, two-block address divided by the Rampant Colt on the left side of the matching serialized slide. Marked "WB" (Waldemar Broberg) on the left side of the frame and the property/nomenclature markings on the right. The pistol is fitted with a flat-top rear sight, short milled trigger, wide checkered hammer, long grip safety, checkered slide stop and thumb safety, arched checkered mainspring housing, reinforced checkered brown plastic grips and a full blue barrel marked "COLT 45 AUTO" on the left side of the chamber and "P" on the left side of the lug. Includes a leather "U.S." marked Boyt M3 shoulder holster dated "1943", the shoulder strap has had 15 cartridge loops attached to it. Also included are 3 extra magazines and a period brown craft style box.

Very fine with 85% plus of the original parkerized finish. Showing areas of mild high point and edge wear, general handling marks, and a few light surface scratches. The grips are very good with general handling marks, light scratches, and some broken tops on the checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good with flexible leather, small scuffs, and moderate verdigris on the metal fittings. The box is good with general storage and handling wear.
