Manufactured in 1944, with a parco-lubrite finish. Fixed sights, with the two-line, two-block address divided by the Rampant Colt on the left side of the slide and "P" on top. "G.H.D." inspected frame, with "VP" and "P" on the trigger guard, stamped trigger, checkered wide hammer, slide stop and thumb safety, serrated mainspring housing, Colt reinforced grips, unmarked full blue magazine and a blue finished Flannery Bolt barrel.

Excellent with 98% plus of the original gray/green parkerized finish. Showing some areas of light high point and edge wear, handling marks and some light brown spotting under the finish. The grips are excellent with a few light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
