Manufactured in 1905. This rifle features a raised dovetail silver blade front sight and an adjustable buckhorn sporting rear sight. The barrel is marked "35 W.C.F." at the breech. The Winchester proofmarks are marked on the top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. The receiver is marked with the standard two-line address/patent markings. Mounted on a smooth walnut Schnabel tip forearm with ebony insert and straight grip stock with crescent rifle buttplate.

Exceptionally fine overall. The rifle retains 90% plus of the bright original high polish blue finish with minor scattered scratches, minor areas of oxidation, and cycling marks on the magazine. The wood is very fine with scattered scratches, scattered dings and pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
