Manufactured by Bing Brothers of Nuremberg, with the matching number "709026" on the ribbed top and bottom, with a folding winding lever.

Fine with 75% dark blue finish, with a rough texture to the surface, a mixed brown and gray patina on some areas, and mild handling marks. Appears to be in good order mechanically with strong spring, though not tested.
