"B", "V", "G" proofmarks on the barrel and frame. Proofed in May 1927. Various patent number and unidentified numbers are stamped on the barrel. No makers marks appear. There is edge engraving on the frame and trigger guard as well as light scrolls on the sides of the frame. Tip-up action with trigger guard lever, single set trigger. The walnut grips are lightly checkered.

Fine with 60% blue on the barrel, worn on the edges with scattered spots of light surface wear and one area of slight pitting on the left flat of the barrel. The grips are fine with light wear. There is some casehardening pattern showing on the action but the colors have mostly silvered out.
