Manufactured in Belgium in 1968. Single steel bead sight on the matte vent rib, 3 inch chambers, and full/full chokes. The receiver features standard light floral scroll engraving. The underside of the frame has "LIGHTNING/BROWNING" over a small portrait of John Moses Browning. Mounted on a multi-point, checkered beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with a single selective trigger and a tang mounted safety/barrel selector. Includes a Browning takedown case, extra Browning vented rubber recoil pad, and a hard rubber Browning buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .620/.620 inches; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .04/.04 inches; drop at comb 1 1/4 inches; drop at heel 1 3/4 inches; 0 cast; 0 toe; 14 inch length of pull.
