Manufactured in 1902 in .41 Long Colt with the scarce 5 1/2 inch barrel. Blade front and notch rear sights with the one line Hartford address on top of the barrel and caliber markings on the left side, with a crescent-style ejector. Smokeless powder frame, marked with the two line, three date patents on the left side followed by the circled Rampant Colt. Matching numbers , "W" above the striker hole and "310" on the loading gate. Checkered hard rubber grips with matching numbers penciled on top forward interior flats, Rampant Colt logos at the tops.

Fine with 50% original blue finish remaining mixed with smooth brown and gray patina, especially on the grip straps. There is some very minor spotting on the cylinder. The frame retains 30% plus original case colors with a smooth gray patina on the balance. The grips are also fine with some handling wear and distinct checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
