A) Nazi Military Inspected Walther Model PP Semi-Automatic Pistol

Fixed sights, with "eagle/N" proofs on the chamber, muzzle and slide, "WaA359" Heer stamps on the left side of the slide and frame, and the Walther banner, 2-line address and caliber markings and "Mod. PP" on the left side of the slide. Matching numbers are present on the right side of the slide and frame. Fitted with a 60 degree safety, loaded chamber indicator and one flat base magazine. With an unmarked black leather holster.

ConditionFine, with 70% of the original blue finish, showing bright edge wear, areas of gray patina, and scattered light handling marks. The grips are very good, with a chip absent from the right panel and some mild dents. The holster is fair, with some light cracking and some modification to the retention strap. Mechanically excellent.

B) Walther Model PP Semi-Automatic Pistol with Scarce "R.F.V." Markings

Standard Walther markings, with the "eagle/N" commercial proofs on the right side of the muzzle, chamber and slide. Matching numbers on the right side of the frame and inside the slide. The front strap is marked "R.F.V 15796 W", a property marking attributed to the Reichsfinanzadverwaltung (Reichs Finance Administration), which was responsible for the banks and the finances of Nazi Germany. Low profile fixed sights, 60 degree safety switch and a flat base magazine.

ConditionFine, with 75% of the original blue finish, with bright wear around the edges, patches of gray and brown patina, and scattered spotting and handling marks. The grips are good, with cracking and chipping of the left panel, and a set of four holes (possibly for mounting some now-absent overlay or decoration) on the right. Mechanically excellent.
