Manufactured in 1934. Blade front and tangent rear sights, with "S/42K" on top of the receiver ring, "MOD.98." on the left side rail, and "eagle/63" proofs on multiple components. Fitted with a milled front band, a stamped mid-band, and a stamped "byf" marked floor plate and trigger guard. Later production replacement laminated pistol grip stock, with "C" over "Wag13" proofs and "dot" marked handguard. With a "WaA619" bayonet, blued steel, plastic grips and a non-matching sheath.
