Single bead sight on the matte concave rib with "FRANZ SODIA/FERLACH AUSTRIA" marked on the barrels, 2 1/2 inch chambers with ejectors, a mix of standard Austrian and British proofs on the flats, and full chokes. The barrels are importer marked on the underside of the rib. Receiver features 80% coverage fine scroll engraving with standard marker's marks, scalloped borders, dual triggers, and sliding tang safety. Checkered splinter forearm with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with a serrated bare butt. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .710/.713 inch; minimum wall thickness .035/.036 inch; drop at comb 1 1/4 inches; drop at heel 2 1/8 inches; length of pull 15 1/4 inches.

Good. 50% original blue finish remains with a large bright area down the length of the right barrel and some small scratches and dings. The receiver has a mostly gray patina with well defined engraving and some light spotting. The wood is also good with well-defined checkering and small dings throughout. Mechanically excellent.
