Manufactured in the early 1900s. Dual bead sights on the matte rib with 2 3/4 inch chambers, single extractor, standard Krupp Steel barrel markings, and improved modified/full chokes. The receiver and lock plates are engraved with fine scroll and line designs with standard maker's marks and vignettes of hunting dogs. With dual triggers and tang mounted safety. Multi-point checkered beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with tear drop accents, engraved fittings, blank initial oval, raised cheekpiece, and Old English recoil pad. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .732/.733 inch; minimum wall thickness .034/.034 inch; drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 1 3/4 inches; length of pull 14 5/8 inches.

Fine. 70% original blue finish remains with some edge wear, light nicks and surface scratches, and clear markings. The receiver and locks have a mostly gray patina with traces of original muted case colors, some small nicks and scratches, and traces of light spotting. The wood is also fine with well-defined, mildly worn checkering, numerous small dings, and added recoil pad. Mechanically excellent.
