Manufactured in 1936. Standard Winchester markings including "SPORTING" marked behind the magazine well and Winchester factory oval proofs on the barrel and receiver, unusual target trigger of thin contour, hooded ramp front and Lyman receiver (stock inlet) sights, round-top style receiver drilled and tapped for scope bases (not included), and checkered pistol grip stock with cheekpiece, sling swivels, hard rubber grip cap and checkered steel buttplate.
