Single bead sight on the matte rib with standard German proofs on the flats, 3 inch chambers, single extractor, and modified/full chokes. The receiver and locks feature full coverage fine Germanic scroll engraving with multiple silver inlaid animals including roe deer and a dog and bird scene on the right, and rabbits, and a fox flushing a duck on the left. The trigger guard and upper tang are similarly engraved with a pair of pheasants on the guard. Wedge fastened checkered forearm, and straight grip stock with fancy scroll horn grip extension, and checkered iron buttplate. Length of pull is 13 1/2 inches.

Fine. The barrels have an overall dark patina with some traces of light pitting, visible light oxidation throughout, and numerous small dings. The receiver also has a mostly dark gray patina with bright silver inlay, oxidation, and numerous nicks and scratches. The wood is also fair with chips along the edges of the forearm, numerous dings and dents, and oxidation on the buttplate. Mechanically very good.
