This circa early 19th century blunderbuss has an approximately 8 gauge bore that flares out to 1 1/4 inches at the muzzle. The barrel is marked "LONDON" and has London Gunmaker's Co. proof and view marks flanking a "*/WB" maker's mark on the left. The advanced late flintlock period lock has no markings. The stock has a finely checkered wrist.
