The included factory letter confirms the current configuration when it was shipped to Evaluators Ltd. of Triangle, VA on April 2, 1956. Matching serial number on the barrel, cylinder, and butt. Includes original box with name tag (detached) reading "COL G M CLOUD". U.S. Marine Colonel Guy M. Cloud served as a combat pilot for 26 years and participated in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. Also included is consignor provided copies of photographs and research.

Excellent, retaining 98% plus original blue finish with light handling evidence, cylinder drag line, and sharp grip checkering. The box is very good with fading and edge wear. Mechanically excellent.
