Built on a Mauser long action by Jim Coffin, this rifle features a sightless barrel marked "JIM COFFIN-ALBANY, OREGON" and ".338 WIN. MAG." A Leupold Vari-X II 2x7 scope is mounted to the action. Mounted into a nicely contrasted checkered pistol grip walnut stock with ebony forend tip, shadow line Swiss cheekpiece, steel grip cap, and Pachmayr recoil pad. During his career, Coffin was a member of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Optics are slightly hazy.
