Manufactured in 1904 on the desirable "0" small frame, a very rare combination of frame size and gauge. Blued barrels with single steel bead sight on the matte concave rib marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CONN. VULCAN STEEL" with 2 1/2 inch chambers with single extractor, and standard markings on the flats. Casehardened boxlock action, double triggers, and automatic tang safety. Light zig-zag border around the receiver on all sides. Multi-point checkered splinter forend with Deeley latch release and pistol grip stock with Parker grip cap, blank inscription shield, and dog's head buttplate. The above configuration is confirmed on page 372 of "Parker Gun Identification and Serialization" by Price and Fjestad and according to page 258 of "The Parker Story" by Gunther, Mullins, Parker, Price, and Cote, this as one of only 772 produced in this configuration.
