Manufactured in 1920 with standard two-line address/patent dates and Rampant Colt on the left of the slide, caliber marking on the right, serial number on the left of the frame, "1/VP" and "28" marked trigger guard, and standard features apart from the smooth grips with Colt medallions. Excellent, retains 98% plus of the original blue finish and case colors with only the slightest edge wear and handling marks. The replacement grips are very fine with some very faint hairline age cracks around the screw holes. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine with most of the label absent and some light edge/corner wear.
