High wood stock with "TRIMBLE/TN" in the sling cutout and "NPM/FJA" boxed cartouche and crossed cannons on the right of the buttstock. Includes green canvas sling and oiler.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, retaining 97% original parkerized finish with some very light freckling, 90% original blue finish on the bolt, and sharp markings in the metal. Stock is very fine with attractive original raised grain and rich oil finish, some light handling marks and scratches, a re-glued section behind the oiler slot, defined edges, and crisp stampings. Mechanically excellent. An attractive example of a National Postal Meter M1 Carbine that appears to have seen little, if any, use at all!
