A predecessor of the Roth-Steyr pistol, the Roth-Sauer is built around a long recoil action, similar clip-loaded internal magazine in the grip, and utilizing the proprietary 7.65 mm Roth ammunition. Fixed blade and notch sights, the Sauer address on the top rib, "PATENT-/ROTH." on the frame above the chamber and the Sauer logo at the rear. Fitted with a knurled cocking knob, smooth trigger, and checkered grips with raised Sauer logos. One stripper clip is included.

Excellent, with 95% plus bright original high polish blue finish, showing mild edge wear, scattered light scratches, and minor spotting. The grips are very fine, with some smoothing of the checkering and good detail in the logos. Mechanically fine.
