Description:

Similar Indian matchlock revolvers have been dated to around the mid-18th century to the early 19th century. The barrel has a flared muzzle with a copper post sight and some engraving. The revolving chambers lock in place via a bar on top of the breech end of the barrel. A notch rear sight is built into the breech plate. The metal action and stock have elaborate painted designs. Rating Definition:

Good with mostly silver-gray patina on the iron, some mild pitting, flaking of the painted finish on the action and stock, and moderate overall wear. The serpentine need some work.
