This is one of only approximately 1,150 purchased by the Portuguese government for issue to military officers. It is fitted with blade and notch sights, a lanyard loop on the butt, and a pair of rare Portuguese crest, checkered, hard rubber grips. Includes a very scarce, correct, factory box with labels in Portuguese. Provenance: The Bailey Brower, Jr. Collection, author of “Savage Pistols”

Rating Definition:

Excellent, retains 90% plus of the original blue finish with some scattered light speckling throughout and some light handling/edge wear. The grips are very fine with a few scattered light handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is very fine with some light wear, mostly on edges.
