The caliber is marked 8.6mm on the right barrel and 8.7mm on the left, both with case lengths of 56mm, indicating that the rifle is chambered in 9x57R. The distinctive clamshell boxlock action displays nicely executed floral scroll engraving and features cocking indicators, double single set triggers, and a tang mounted automatic safety switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered splinter forend with horn tip inlay and pistol grip stock with horn grip cap, raised cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, and checkered buttplate.
