This revolver is marked "IRISH CONSTABULARY" on the rib, "C.F. ·450." on the left side of the barrel, "LINCOLN JEFFRIES/GOLD PRIZE LONDON/WINNER OF THE/FIELD 20 GUINEA PRIZE LONDON 1879" on the top strap, "4" on the front of the frame, and "4 5 0" on the rear cylinder face. The revolver has light border and scroll engraving, blade front and notch rear sights, and is fitted with a checkered walnut grip and lanyard ring.

Very fine. The revolver retains 97% of the original nickel plating with some light scratches and a few small patches of absent plating. The grip is good with partially smoothed checkering and minor scratches. Mechanically needs attention as cylinder spins freely but functions intermittently in double action only.
